It’s sad to think that the people you once gave your soul to are not even a part of your life anymore.
Day 1
I decided that I truly am unhappy with my body and I am going to make a change. I am not choosing to change because I have this image in my head of being skinny. I just want to be healthy and in shape while hopefully shedding a few pounds.
